Must-have: 

• A pragmatic mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, eagerness tolearn, and curiosity. 
• Several years of experience in software development with a strong focus onJava and general-purpose programming languages.
• Proficient in database and schema design for large-scale applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven architectureusing Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, etc.
• Adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic, continuously changingenvironment.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• English fluently (Strong English listening and speaking skills).
• Experience with AWS services

Nice to Have:

• Tools such as Ansible, Packer, Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes (K8s). 
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks. 
• Experience in the banking, financial, or logistics sectors.

• Month salary: 4x-5x Gross
• 13th month salary base on exactly time available monthly working at INNOTECH
