Strategic Planning & Market Leadership:

  • Advise and collaborate with the Executive Board in defining business goals, category development directions, and integrated business–marketing strategies for the Health & Beauty category.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and trend forecasting to proactively shape and adjust strategies, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profit, and market coverage objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, frameworks, and procedures for the team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Design and lead distribution channel expansion strategies tailored to the Health & Beauty sector, including channel segmentation, partner acquisition, and go-to-market models.

Business Operations Management & Market Development:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure the achievement of approved revenue, volume, and KPI targets across the Health & Beauty category.
  • Execute trade programs, promotional campaigns, and sell-out initiatives at points of sale to stimulate consumer demand and accelerate market performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key accounts, including cosmetic retail chains, pharmacies, wholesalers, and other critical distribution partners.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities, staying ahead of consumer trends and competitive shifts to formulate timely and effective go-to-market responses.

Brand Strategy & Category Positioning:

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover actionable insights and refine brand strategy.
  • Analyze market data to define brand positioning, identify target consumer insights, and map brand growth opportunities
  • Lead the development and implementation of market entry and brand positioning strategies aligned with corporate vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels and touchpoints to build a consistent, compelling brand experience.
  • Develop creative concepts and strategic ideas for brand communication campaigns, ensuring strong resonance with target audiences and alignment with brand positioning.
  • Monitor marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy

Commercial Team Leadership & Sales Enablement:

  • Manage and coordinate the sales force, set clear targets and KPIs, and regularly monitor performance 
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to expand market share and increase penetration across regions and channels.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships through value-added solutions, service excellence, and strategic account management.
  • Optimize the sales process from planning and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Talent Development & Performance Management:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for team members within the category
  • Define individual and team performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment through motivation, recognition, and team empowerment.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on category performance, sales results, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics to the Executive Board.
  • Regularly generate business performance analysis and forecasting reports to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  • Take on additional projects or initiatives as assigned by the Board of Directors

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Possess deep expertise in the Health & Beauty sector, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, formulations, and consumer needs.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

Skill:

  • Foreign Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (all 4 skills).
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.

Visionary Leadership & Market Acumen:

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market dynamics, competitors, consumer trends, and macroeconomic factors to formulate a clear, long-term vision and well-defined strategic objectives for the Healthy & Beauty category.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Ability to lead teams and the organization through periods of change, adapting to new business environments.
  • Proven capability in market analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic decision-making, with hands-on experience in analyzing marketing and business performance data.

Industry Expertise (Cosmetics & Supplements)

  • Category Management: Experience in optimizing product portfolios, including new product launches, existing product enhancements, and the discontinuation of underperforming products.
  • Deep understanding of key product categories in the cosmetics and supplement sectors, including skincare, haircare, emerging technologies, active ingredients, and product development processes.
  • Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing the production, importation, distribution, and advertising of cosmetics and supplements (e.g., product registration, labeling, marketing compliance).
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end product development—from concept creation and market research to R&D coordination, product launch, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain: from raw material sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control to logistics and distribution.
  • Proven experience in developing omnichannel distribution strategies, including e-commerce, pharmacy chains, supermarkets, cosmetics retail stores, and modern trade.
  • Strong grasp of consumer behavior in the Health & Beauty category, with the ability to analyze purchasing trends, identify unmet needs, and develop tailored product and channel strategies for different customer segments.
