Actively hunt for and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector.
Manage existing client accounts and leverage them to generate new businessopportunities.
Propose tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals.
Prepare bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and project acceptance
documents.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth projectexecution.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry movements to adjust salesstrategies accordingly.
At Least 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Software
Outsourcing field.
Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B
markets, with direct experience working with foreign clients.
Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security,
Finance is preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, particularly with foreign clients.
Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, software project contracts (MAS,SLA), and acceptance documents.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions.
Existing client database or strong customer network in the market is a strong advantage.
