Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy & Architecture – Build the long-term tech roadmap; design integrated CRM–DMS–ERP–BI systems with a centralized data layer.
2. ERP & System Integration – Evaluate, select, and implement the right ERP; ensure seamless integration with other systems.
3. Team Leadership – Lead and develop existing team; grow team capabilities in line with business priorities and project demands, ensuring the right skills are in place at the right time.
4. Digital Transformation – Own platformization and process optimization roadmap while avoiding overbuild.
5. Vendor & Budget Management – Select and oversee tech vendors, monitor quality, control costs, and minimize lock-in risk.
6. Security & Scalability – Ensure data security, compliance, and readiness to scale 5x.
Key KPIs
- CRM + DMS + ERP go-live delivered on schedule.
- ≥90% system uptime.
- 100% of systems connected to centralized data layer.
- Vendor SLA compliance ≥95%
- Zero critical security vulnerabilities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 8+ years in technology, 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Odoo…) and large-scale system integration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, security, and data management.
- Experience managing engineering teams and external vendors.
Preferred
- Background in SaaS, beauty/healthtech, or retail-tech.
- Experience with ETL, event-driven architecture, and private/hybrid cloud.
