• With the line manager (CEO/ Managing Director), responsiblefor achieving total revenues and direct contribution to accounts under yourcontrol
• With the line manager, support the development of the yearlybusiness plan and monthly dialogue reports for all key accounts
• Work with the relevant parties to deliver financial targetsand control costs
• Manage and ensure quality of services to clients
• Management and handling of key client briefs, projects andrequests.
• Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requestsincluding presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
• Present and pitch our services to potential clients in acompetitive context
• Support line manager in developing initiatives and newbusiness opportunities
• Maintain high-level contacts within business and industryrelations
• Handlesensitive topics and provide issue management consulting

Creative & Strategy Leadership

• Provide strategic leadership to key Clients, this requires theBusiness & Account Director to have strategic planning capabilities,including brand planning, digital engagement planning, communication planning,etc.
• Understand industry/market trends and the success metricscritical to maintaining the organization’s competitive advantage
• Modify and adapt pragmatic business solutions based onchanging business climates.
• Earn the trust and respect of creative colleagues and partnersacross functions
• Master in the art of selling creative communication solutionsand ideas to clients
• Help to ensure execution of the highest quality

People Leadership

• Identify and retain good talents
