Account Executive [150]

• Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science. Having knowledge in IT businessis a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Account Executive or Account Manager in IT field(experiences in outsourcing services is a plus). 
• Ability to make bidding documents, quotation.
• Ability to compose software project contracts (MAS, SLA).
• Ability to make project acceptance documents.
• Strong social and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
• Being enthusiastic, dedicated and customer oriented as a trusted advisor of customers.
• Ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex and rapidly changing environment.
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English Communication, read, write (other languages are a plus).

• Month Salary: 15 - 30M Gross
• 13th month salary base on exactly time available monthly working at INNOTECH
• Budget for team building each quarter/ kick off project
• Birthday party each month with party/ cake and gifts/provide one paid leave
• Wedding/New Born ~ 2,000,000/ time
• Vaccine for baby from 0-36 months: 3,000,000/ 1 year
• Provide Laptop & Extra high definition screens for working
• Performance bonus plan
• Employee referral bonus: 2,000,000 – 10,000,000 (depend on level / roles)
• Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday – Friday
