Sales Growth & Brand Development
Develop business plans to achieve sales targets and implement them across the sales team. Ensure the sales department meets its assigned revenue goals.
Plan and execute strategies to build customer relationships, expand market reach, and acquire new clients for the sales department.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key partners.
Monitor sales data and stay updated on current market trends and customer needs.
Develop sales strategies and tailor approaches to different customer segments.
Organize brand-building events and customer appreciation programs.
Manage debt collection and payments, and oversee contract implementation with clients.
Provide customer care and post-sales support.
Customer Care & Post-Sales Support
Create and implement plans for customer care and post-sales support.
Organize training sessions and workshops for agencies and partner units.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Select and analyze market and customer information; report timely market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to management.
Handle or relay market feedback and responses effectively.
Recruitment, Training & Team Development
Recruit personnel for the sales department.
Build a cohesive, committed team that adheres to company policies.
Train and develop staff within the department.
Reporting
Prepare and submit comprehensive work reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
College or University degree or higher, preferably in Medicine/Pharmacy or majors related to Business Administration, International Business, or Sales.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, dietary supplements (OTC channel), or other related industries.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Fixed salary based on competence (30–35 million VND) + Commission + KPI bonus
