Customer service and order management (90%):

● Actively engage with customers to understand their needs.
● Create quotes based on customer requirements.
● Collaborate with the Operations Management Department to assist customers through the ordering process.Share necessary information about orders.
● Address customer inquiries promptly.
● Oversee the transmission of assignment versions between writers and customers.
● Ensure a smooth experience for customers during the entire order lifecycle.
● Reconnect with previous customers to maintain excellent service standards.
● Monitor and track monthly revenue performance.

Data Management and Internal Processes (10%):

● Maintain and update internal files systematically.
● Conduct monthly data reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
● Generate reports for the Customer Relations Department.
● Coordinate and process customer refund requests with relevant departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
● 6-month experience in Sales and Customer Service is preferred;
● Understanding consumer trends and customer service needs;
● Experience in sales and customer support tools, MS Officer and customer care
● Good at English, especially reading and writing;
● Self-driven and ability both working independently and in a team;
● High information security awareness;
● Time management skills
