Vigo is building a leading Beauty & Wellness ecosystem. Our 3-year mission: build an in-house platform integrating CRM, DMS, Automation Layer, and Customer Data Warehouse, ensuring scalability, customer data ownership, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Transformation

  • Build the Digital & Martech roadmap (CRM, Automation, CDP, Multichannel).
  • Lead commercial digital transformation initiatives: CRM/SFE, lead generation, and CX optimization.
  • Advise the Board on data strategy, cost efficiency, vendor selection, and emerging technologies.

2. CRM, Automation & Customer Data

  • Deploy and optimize CRM/SFE platforms (Zalo OA, chatbots, email, app push, SMS).
  • Orchestrate automation flows to increase lifetime value, retention, and upsell.

3. Digital Growth & Multichannel Traffic

  • Lead SEO, AEO, and multichannel campaigns to grow organic and paid traffic.
  • Drive lead generation, attribution, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales to convert traffic into measurable revenue growth.

4. Governance & Vendor Management

  • Establish governance frameworks for security, compliance, and data quality.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate digital vendors (CRM, martech, media, automation).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 8–10+ years in Digital/Martech, CRM/Automation, or CRM/SFE deployment in Beauty, Healthcare, or Retail-tech.
  • Strong expertise in multichannel marketing (SEO, AEO, Paid Ads, Social, App, Offline POS integration).
  • Proven background in CRM/CDP, customer data integration, and marketing automation.
  • Leadership: cross-functional team management and vendor orchestration.
  • Mindset: growth-driven, data-first, customer-centric, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • KPIs
  • Within 12 months: Reduce cost per lead by at least 20% and increase multi-channel conversion rate to 30%.
  • Within 18 months: Integrate ≥80% of operational systems into a unified Data Layer.
  • Maintain uptime ≥ 90% for all core platforms.
  • Track and increase CX Score by 10% every 6 months.
