  • Managing and supervising sales of aesthetic channels (Beauty clinics, Spas, private hospitals) in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and near by provinces.
  • Managing the entire product portfolio of  KNS International in Aesthetics like Skin care products, HA facial fillers, Mesotherapy, Exosomes, Medical devices, etc.
  • Ensuring the achievement of individual & Team sales targets assigned in every month and year.
  • Prepare & monitor sales plans & strategies for the Quarter & the Year.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to set up incentive plans/promotions/ Sales programs for regional customers.
  • Training for sales staff about products and Selling skills
  • Identify and build a list of potential customers in a given territory.
  • Supervising and implementing the prepared Sales plan & strategy
  • Make the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales report.
  • Checking, supervising  & coaching the medical representatives on and off the field.
  • Proposing solutions to improve business performance & overall sales revenue
  • Evaluate the performance of employees periodically and adjust/change if necessary.
  • Update market-related information, competitor data, and other relevant information to the marketing team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Age: 23 to 35
  • University graduation in Medicine and Pharmacy is preferable.
  • Fluency in English
  • Have about 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Have some experience in dermatology Or aesthetics.
  • Have experience in managing a Sales team in the field of Dermatology or Aesthetics or the Pharma industry.
  • Having good relationships with customers of Beauty Clinics/Salons/Spas & Hospitals.
  • Ability to work & perform under high pressure.
  • Hard-working, Sincere & must have can-do attitude.
