Retailers Collaboration & Expansion 

  • Manage Sale Target that follow company business objective (Market share, Market Grow, Profits)
  • Approach and Introduce Partner’s brands to Retailer partners. 
  • Work close with partners to finalize Trading Term as well as negotiate the best offers/benefits for company. 
  • Process with Accountant & Retailer Partners to finalize PO. 
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to process delivery products to Partner locations 
  • Track, analyze sale performance at each Retailer partners to find action plan for pushing more sale. 
  • Trickly manage Bottom Price of each Brand Partners to protect brand image. As well as work with Legal team to warning in case of Retailer Partners break alignment. 
  • Collaborate with Brand Team to develop Offline activities to support Retailer Partners

Grey Market Collaboration & Recruitment:

  • Manage Sale Target that follow company business objective (Market share, Market Grow, Profits)
  • Approach and Introduce Partner’s brands to Wholesaler partners or B2B customers. 
  • Recruit B2B Customers from Internet or Ecommerce platform and introduce brands for buying in bulk. 
  • Develop Offer price, Trading Term with B2B Customers 
  • Trickly manage bottom price & work with Warehouse/ Legal/ Accountant team to finish order.

Paperwork Preparation

  • Process with Accountant to finalize PO & Contract as well as release Red Invoice for Partners PO 
  • Monitor & report performance of Partners monthly/ Quarterly & Yearly
  • Deploy related paperwork.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Sale team 
  • Good relationships with Retailers in Beauty industry 
  • Ability to work & manage cross function team as well as 3rd parties. Especially project management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
