- Develop,propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze budgets,implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance andworkforce management.
- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance andefficiency.
- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or arelated field.
- Good at English or Korean
- Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience inelectrical panels.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departmentsand with external partners.
- Customer-focused,results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines

- Salary : 25 - 40M
- Bonus:13th monthly salary + 14th month salary if company has profit +performance incentives
