● Lead our digital marketing agency partnerships to identify opportunities to optimise and grow our paid (Facebook, Google, Zalo) and organic (SEO, EDM) customer acquisition channels;
● Ensure continual growth and performance improvements by testing:
o New treatment packages, offers & products based on discussion with marketing stakeholders;
o New channels and strategies based on data-driven insights and research;
● Strategically lead the testings & optimizations of creative ad assets and landing pages to maintain a high CTR and CR;
● Work closely with our Brand Marketing team to ensure all events & promotional campaigns will contribute significantly to growth targets;
● Work closely with our Telemarketing & Sales teams to optimize lead quality, the conversion rates from lead to sales and the Cost-Income Ratio (CIR);
● Work closely with our Data Analytics team to troubleshoot and develop action plans to overcome growth challenges;
● Live a strong performance-focused culture that identifies with the overall company vision.

● Degree or advanced degree in related fields;
● 4 years working experience within digital marketing field in which:
o Minimum 4 years of managing digital marketing channels is a must;
o Minimum 2 years of managing and operating digital campaigns as part of O2O big campaigns;
o Minimum 2 years of working with data and tools such as Excel to create performance forecast or/and data-driven recommendations;
● Experience in revenue optimization is a strong plus;
● Highly analytical and performance-driven mindset;
● Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
● Advanced problem-solving skills and long-term mindset;
● Open-minded vision and fresh, creative ideas;
● Strong business acumen with a confidence in demonstrating growth result through practical calculation;
● Great desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
