Training & ER (70%)

  • Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College
  • Planning and operation of internal and external training
  • Job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies
  • Operation of in-house organizational culture activities
  • Work related to ER

Recruitment (30%)

  • Supporting recruitment activities
  • Building and developing candidate database

Other tasks are requested by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
  • Strong in HRD (training & organizational culture) & ER
  • Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
  • Good at communication and negotiation skill
  • Proficiency in English
