Your job is to turn complexity into clarity — and clarity into working systems. You’ll help us map, prioritize, and ship real transformations across:
- Customer experience flows (Zalo OA, CRM, automation)
- Internal operations (from order to payment, onboarding to renewal)
- Business intelligence dashboards and cross-department visibility
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Coordinate with vendors & internal teams to implement system solutions
- Deep-dive into how teams work — not just to fix pain points, but to redesign flow
- Turn unclear workflows into logic: then help us build & test it in real use
- Train, document, and ensure real adoption — not just delivery

WHO YOU ARE
You’ve probably worked in a tech product, SaaS, system integrator, or digital team. You’ve seen what good flow vs. over-complicated tools looks like. You love translating business complexity into system clarity. You're not afraid to open messy spreadsheets and ask tough “why” questions.
Must-haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in project/system management (CRM, ERP, BI, workflow)
- Comfortable working across teams, understanding both users & system logic
- Background in high-touch industries: retail, services, education, health, insurance, etc.
- Vietnamese & English fluency (working with local teams + some international vendors)
