Job Specifications

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field. (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in a C-level or Senior Director role within FMCG, Cosmeceuticals, or Retail/Distribution.
• Extensive expertise in leading high-impact, multidisciplinary organizations and driving large-scale structural and cultural change.
