Utility Technician

Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining utility equipment (power distribution, HVAC, chillers, air compressors, dust collectors, genset, water supply system, WWT system, fire fighting system, etc.) and infrastructure at Hiep Phuoc factory in accordance with established maintenance program to ensure a safe and effectual production operations. The incumbent of this job will:

- Ensure operational activities to meet Jotun standards and Vietnamese Environment regulations;

- Conduct preventive/ predictive maintenance schedule and record maintenance information;

- Keep maintenance data updated and recorded in the system (IFS);

- Attend to machine/ equipment/ facilities problems;

- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory, workshop and monitor the usage of daily/ weekly/ monthly checklists;

- Be proactive and implement improvement projects;

- Lead and assign the team for problem solving, follow up actions in daily activities;

- Establish the maintenance & operation procedures, checklist and maintenance record;

- Monitor contractors to do maintenance or project in the plant to make sure health and safety rules are followed and on time completion;

- Any other tasks assigned by the Superior.
