1. Sales Planning and Execution
Develop business plans aligned with company goals and effectively deploy them to the sales team.
Ensure the sales department achieves assigned revenue targets.
Create strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and update approaches based on customer needs.
Develop sales strategies and tailor approaches for different customer segments.
Branding, Events, and Customer Experience
Organize branding activities, customer appreciation events, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Develop and implement after-sales support and customer care plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for distributors and agents to improve product knowledge and engagement.
Operations and Contract Management
Supervise the execution of sales contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Manage the debt collection process, follow up on payments, and resolve related issues.
Handle customer feedback from the market and ensure timely resolution of any concerns.
Select, analyze, and report on market and customer insights to senior management.
Team Development and Reporting
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Prepare and submit regular work reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG industry (Health & Beauty channel).
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Fixed monthly salary and allowances: 60–65 million VND/month.
Monthly sales commission based on performance.
