1. Develop Merchandising Concepts and related POSM
2. Conduct Market, Consumers and Competitor Analysis to drive Uncle Bills assortment in target channels and customers
3. Propose and Develop Branding activities to foster the Brand Awareness and Recognition on the various Touch Points with the Consumer.
4. Guide, Train and Supervise Marketing Staff in the department
5. Provide guidance and Training PGs in Modern Trade Accounts.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Experience
• Proven at least 1-2 years of experience as the same role ideally in FMCG;
• Has experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, POSM Design and Development
And Supervising Field Marketing Resources;
3. Skill and Personal Characteristic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good at English;
• Analytical and Planning Skills
• Positive, self-starter and can do attitude;
• Passion for Products and creative talent;
• Sense of aesthetic product presentation and creativity;
• Ability to work independently and cross-functional (with Sales department);
• Willing to learn;
• Potential to be developed as a Manager.
