- Set direction & context for short term & long-term goals of the company
- Develop & implement strategies to achieve goals
- Make company business plan for each year with sales & revenue forecasts
- Identify segments, products/services for the segments, define relevant focus areas of business
- Allocation of required resources for realizing the desired outcomes
- Analyze company performance based on internal factors and submit relevant reports
- Provide inputs/ suggestions for improvements on performance shortfalls, if any
- Market research on macro-environment factors (political-legal, economic, socio-cultural, and technological)
- Market research on industry environment (customer, competitors, and suppliers/partners engaged in direct transactions with the company)
- Analyze and submit reports based on market research, identify and suggest roadmap for new business focus
- Assist in organization restructuring, as desired
- Assist & support other departments, as per requirements
- Prepare reports for Investors
- Prepare investor decks, reports for funding requirements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A University degree within a business, finance, engineering or other similar discipline. A Master’s or MBA degree is of merit
- Experience from management consulting, business intelligence, growth management or investment banking
- Experience from working with data-analysis and independent work with end to end analysis
- Experience in leading complex cross-functional projects independently with a high degree of success and impact
- Strong skills in Excel, pptx
- Experience from high-growth operations or start-ups
