- Participate in review and analyse the project requirement to understand test objectives, provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s).
- Develop the test plan, test strategy for the project.
- Write and execute the test cases for the web and mobile applications.
- Execute the test and report defects.
- Monitor defects and follow up actions in the defect tracking system.
- Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
- Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide the feedback on the team.
- Monitor and coach QCs in the project.
- To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Project Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University level with bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.Good experience in software testing for web and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge in automation test, performance test and security test.
- Have 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Have a proactive and good working relationship with other team members.
- Able to manage team of 3+ people.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodology.

- Working at Republic Office - Tan Binh District.
- Working time from Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00.
- For the position of QC, 100% of the office is required.
- 14 days of leave, PM or more 18 days.
- Review salary 2 times / 1 year.
- 13th month salary, KPI Bonus up to 1 month salary.
