As an Senior Operation Executive, you

will be responsible for the effective and

successful management of labor,

productivity, quality control and safety

measurements. Work closely with CEO

and management team to set and/or

implement policies, procedures and

systems and to follow through with

implementation.

People & Organization

• Be responsibilities might include selection and hiring candidates, propose training program for new and existing employees;
• Plan and review compensation and benefit (C&B) actions together with GM and other functional lead; enforcing policies and procedures
• Propose/ establish training programs for employees based on business needs
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
• Motivate associates and ensure the collaboration cross functions and solve internal conflicts if any.

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Be responsible for searching suppliers, set contracts, rebate
• Coordinate with production and finance to ensure a no stock-out inventory for production
• Responsible for company assets purchase (machinery, production tools, office tools…) and rentals (office, production premises). Purchase the right equipment, maintain solid inventory and reduce sub-rental expenses.
• Manage relationships with key operation vendors
• Track vendors pricing, rebates and service levels

Operational administration and system

• Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes (e.g Sales systems, CRM system..)
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
