Sales Manager for MT/GT/Online Channels

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to:

Oversee and manage our existing Modern Trade (MT) accounts, including Coop, Cao Phong, Lotte, Aeon, Nguyen Kim, Emart, Kohnan, and various online platforms.

Identifying, developing, and nurturing new MT customer accounts, such as Dien May Xanh, Go shop, FPT shop, Viettel, and other potential online platforms.

• Strategically manage and cultivate relationships with existing MT accounts, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
• Drive sales and revenue targets through effective negotiation, promotion, and marketing strategies tailored to each MT account.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for business expansion and development.
• Develop new MT customer accounts by prospecting, pitching, and securing partnerships with potential clients.
• Create and execute tailored account plans to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance and sales forecasts.
