- Have a good relationship with container shipping line partners in HN / HP / HCM;
- Have good thinking about import and export sea freight markets;
- Lead the Company's business network;
- Develop strategy and organize the implementation of the Company's business and marketing plans;
- Search and build relationships with potential customers and expanding target markets. Optimize relationships with existing partners and customers;
- Research and propose business directions to generate more revenue for the Company;
- Enhance and manage the sales team to ensure the best results;
- Implement excellent processes to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction;
- Retain relationships with service providers and carriers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in: Business Administration, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade;
- At least ten years of experience in the field and more than 02 years in the position of Business Director in Logistics;
- Have the ability to lead and operate effectively;
- Have a solid knowledge base in business-related fields;
- Human resource management skills: Leadership, guidance, and capacity developing skills;
- Continuously update laws and regulations of the State on the relevant industries;
- Ability to work in a volatile and high-pressure environment;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, willing to have business trips.
