- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Build up and manage the team including: channel sales team, direct sales team, sales operation team
- Optimize the sales operation and process by analyzing data, products, industry, organization and competitors
- Develop strategic partnerships
- A business builder with at least 3 years of significant business development. Experienced in sales and service team management, including organization structuring, commission rules planning (ideally in Fintech and/or consumer industry) in Vietnam
- Good understanding of sales CRM system usage;
- Self-motivated, determined with good communication and resources integration ability
- Ability to have impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
- Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems and drive decision making across complex circumstances
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to audiences of varied sizes, levels, and disciplines
- Ability to handle multiple, challenging projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success
- Ability to leverage modern technologies in product thinking
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written is preferred.
