Accounting Operation

  • Manage cash on hand - Submit FCT, PIT License fee, ... (Declaration Payment for State bank, ...) on Tax department electronic tax page
  • Issue VAT invoices for client
  • Dependent deduction

Expenses:

  • Manage admin expenses (phone/ internet/ express/ cleaning/ water/ etc.) and petty cash.
  • Do weekly payment requests and monthly payment reports.

Stationary:

  • Manage/ distribute/ order stationary and office equipment by month.

Purchasing:

  • Receive purchasing requirements from other departments, look for suppliers/ vendors, plan to purchase on times requirements.
  • Complete payment process with accountant.

Official documents:

  • Create the official documents based on the email approvals/ requested, submit to sign and stamp, announce/ inform/ deliver to related departments/ staffs and keep recording in the archive.
  • Manage 247 Express (send document to customers)

Employee engagement:

  • Prepare Probation contract; Labour contract; Freelancer contract- PC hand over & security document

Asset inventory

  • Conduct a monthly birthday party.
  • Celebrate and decorate the office on special days.
  • Document/ Folder check
  • Scan, save, report & upload to folder
  • evidence for statement of bank

Others:

  • Support to others team

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Japanese N3 or higher, preferably N2, able to communicate fluently in Japanese
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accountant position and Office administration.
