1. BRANDING AND MARKETING PLANNING

  • Define the Online Branding strategy working closely with others department of Marketing team.
  • Develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing plan covering online advertising, website revamp, SEM/SEO, EDM, SMS, ZMS, social media seeding, influencing via bloggers, Mobile Apps etc.
  • Continuously spot opportunities to drive positive customer NPS by using digital communication channels (social media seeding, youtube videos, online publications etc,).
  • Support perceptual brand build by broadcasting industry awards, customer events, key alliance promotions, sponsorships etc via digital comm channels.
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Partner closely with key Marketing stakeholders (Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Research, etc.) to build marketing plans; and provide updates on initiatives/KPIs.

2. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION & ENGAGEMENT

  • Plan, lead & be responsible for quality of repeatable digital retail campaigns across all channels.
  • Develop customer acquisition plans and campaigns that encompass competitive assessment, testing strategy, creative positioning, integration into partner digital channels, and leverage emerging channels (Programmatic Display, PPC, Video, Social, etc.) to deliver against business goals & outcomes.
  • Marketing of Robo Lending & FE Online - awareness, acquisition, usage.

3. CONTENT CREATION

  • Content Marketing Assets Creation - Develop and continuously refresh a Content Library of engaging customer materials, in the form of static and animated infographics, videos, interactive capabilities, clips, expert articles/educational content etc., with the end objective of attracting customers to choose GHN.
  • Create Content Marketing Strategies to deliver business and brand outcomes.
  • Explore Gamification to engage and excite customers, and gain followership (“soft marketing”).
  • Develop a Panel of specialized Digital Agencies whose services can be exploited on-demand.

4. PERFORMANCE OPTIMISATION

  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
  • Performance - Leverage web analytics tools to understand fall-out points throughout the ads-to-leads-to-conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase conversions;
  • Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance.
  • Manage and improve online content, tracking SEO and leverage Google Analytics data.

5. WEBSITE TRAFFIC AND ENGAGEMENT

  • Take primary responsibility for driving GHN website content and quality. Relentlessly pursue stakeholders to continuously create better customer engagement.
  • Drive website traffic growth by creating and delivering focused online campaigns.

6. NEW OPPORTUNITIES

  • Keep abreast of current and upcoming developments in the digital world, which GHN can exploit to gain first-mover advantage. Explore new technologies to create digital disruption.
  • Explore partnership opportunities with 3rd party online players with clear objectives to deliver one or more of the key objectives: (a) Brand perception (b) Existing Customer
  • Engagement and Product Usage (c) New Customer Acquisition.
  • Leverage and exploit Geo-targeting technologies to deliver direct-customer-communications.

7. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

  • To structure team activities for the effective delivery of plans and performance targets.
  • To lead and empower the team through performance reviews and change management.
  • To practice company values for continuous improvement in team management.
  • To demonstrate brand values in everyday life at work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Have 3+ years experience as the same position.
  • University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and using broad marketing mix is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in consumer digital marketing with a track record of building a brand online.
  • Financial services experience and business knowledge are a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in building & leveraging online alliance partnerships is a definite advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
  • Relevant exposure to web design, UI/UX audits, and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth drivers.
  • Leadership skills to collaborate with diversely-skilled teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial with a very strong drive to succeed, commitment & results orientation.Creative thinker & relentless executor with attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Good presentation skills with an eye for the art.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Extremely well organized, practical & innately curious with ability to focus & deliver high quality of works within tight time frames.
  • Knowledge of content is a plus.
