1. Human Resources Management

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure effective performance appraisal systems and career development frameworks.

 2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.

  3. Organizational Development

  • Design and drive organizational development initiatives to enhance structure, capability, and effectiveness.
  • Lead change management programs to support business transformation and growth.
  • Develop competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Analyze organizational design and recommend improvements (e.g., restructuring, role clarity, spans of control).
  • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, feedback, and capability building.

 4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.

  5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters for both management and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

6. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
  • Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and reporting processes.

7. Administration Management

  • Manage office administration, facilities, and workplace safety.
  • Oversee vendor management, office services, and administrative budgets.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.

 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in fast-growing or matrix organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in full-spectrum HR and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage change and drive transformation initiatives.
