Recruitment (70%)

  • Making plan and conduct all recruitment activities
  • Building and developing candidate database
  • Evaluating probation
  • Management and evaluation of renewal of labor contracts

Training (30%)

  • Support Training activities in the Company
  • Operation of in-house organizational culture activities

Other tasks are requested by Manager

 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 4 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
  • Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
  • Good at communication and negotiation skill
  • Proficiency in English
