1. Ecommerce management (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo):

• Take the lead of operating all Brand page that distributed by Bluea Ocean Partners Vietnam (Including Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo)
• Work directly with KAM (Key Account Manager) of Health & Beauty industry from ecommerce sites
• Develop & implementate sale campaign monthly/ quarterly/ yearly at ecommerce sites
• Learning from market & competitor to propose the strategy to meet business objective (Including: Volumn, Value Grow, Market Share, Profits, Forecast)
• Manage product portfolio and propose promotion/ combo/ sale forecast for each campaign that run together with Ecommerce site
• Manage stock/ inventory of each SKUs to avoid the out-of-stock situation
• Work closely with Social Media team to build always-on-content to convert fans from Social Media page to Ecommerce official malls. Besides that, together build Media plan to drive more sale performance
• Work closely with Designer/ Agency to develop visual at Ecommerce sites that under brand guideline of Blue Ocean as well as other brand that distributed by Blue Ocean Partners Vietnam
• Upload & Listing new SKUs into each ecommerce page
• Actively generate valuable feedback to secure market share on ecommerce site, identify and recommen new business opportunities to strengthen the Blue Ocean brand and other brand that distributed by Blue Ocean Partners Vietnam
• Develop CRM plan to recruit & retention customer through ecommerce site
• Keep track, learn & evaluate every campaign to improve for the next
• Risk management in Ecommerce site
• Reply inbox accross Social Media platform

2. Website management:

• Work with Agency/ Freelancer to build up Blue Ocean website and other brand website that distributed by Blue Ocean Partners Vietnam
• Take responsibility to uploading product information, develop visual, website layout of each SKUs in brandwebsite
• Propose promotion/ combo for always-on promotion as well as promotion campaign to drive sale performance
• Work closely with Social Media team & related cross function to integrade online & offline acitivities
• Track operational metrics such as revenue and expenses, apply results forecasting tools to drive sales oroptimize resource allocation
• Develop & implementate SEM/ SEO campaign

3. Paperwork preparation:

• Deploy related paperwork
• Monitor and report the performance indicators (KPI) of Brand website & Brand ecommerce website
