● Initiate and maintain communication with the prospective and established clients. He/she has to update them with the progress in the project and also listen to their feedback and complaints in order to identify where things are going perfect and where they are going wrong.
● Negotiate with the vendors and appoint those who provide high quality materials at the lowest price possible.
● Manage the team and the activities of the team members. He/she has to provide necessary support and guidance in order to allow the members so that they are able to face the obstacles and perform their duties efficiently.
● Drafting proposal to propose eCommerce solutions that consume some of the time of the project manager handling the development of eCommerce projects.
● Handle several administrative tasks apart from the projects. He/she may have to interview employees, prepare reports and databases, and file documents for future reference.

● An excellent communicator, analytical thinker, problem solver, and attentive to the minutest details with a desire to achieve perfection
● Skilled in a large number of computer applications used in designing and development of eCommerce applications, websites, and products
● Able to plan and execute work through efficient planning, coordination, and leadership
● Comfortable to work under stringent deadlines and play an active role in multiple projects simultaneously
● Creative, confident, calm, and a passionate individual
● Curiosity to learn and update knowledge in order to enhance productivity
