- Design, A/B test, monitor marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords, Coc Coc, Youtube, Tiktok, retargeting platforms and other ads networks.
- Champion lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Manage the paid ads budget and allocate effectively across channel to ensure the best return on Investment and achievement against KPIs
- Manage the paid ads budget On various marketplace and ecommerce platforms
- Build insightful performance tracking reports and share best practices and results with the management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Master’s Degree major in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
- 5+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in managing paid marketing campaigns successfully
- Fabulous analytical skills with great attention to details
- Finance literacy is a must
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
- Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
