We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager with background in B2B marketing, especially in tech industry. Our clients are global, from ANZ region to Europe to the U.S, and we expect you to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness, support our regional Sales, as well as strategize and execute measurable, results-driven lead generation campaigns across multi-channels, multi-regions.
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget;
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities;
• Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution;
• Plan and execute on events with our partner Optimizely;
• Coordinate local resources to facilitate content creation
• Manage development of best in class marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, website content, etc);
• Work closely with Head of Digital Marketing Services, CEO, Sales and Management team to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year;
• Responsible for selecting/managing outside vendors as needed for graphic design, printing, content, media production, etc;
• Manage communications to our clients and other important stakeholders about upcoming product or service launches and other important announcements;
Qualifications: A degree in Marketing-related field.
Required experience:
• Proven experience working as a Brand Manager/Marketing Manager or Lead Generation Specialist in the B2B space and executing measurable, results-driven lead generation
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
