Develop, lead, and Aqua R&T work
Track and report Aqua Field Situation/ Management Aqua Team
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
Forecast aqua market situation and market trend to care for customer
Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking. Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Seek and good experiment farm with the customer make successful results
Monitor & forecast upcoming aqua feed trand
Conducting feeding trial on improved products to evaluate aquatic animal performance
Conducting feeding trial on new products to evaluate aquatic animal performance
Improvement of R&T member ability by technical training
Manage aqua team activities

Over 8 years working experience in aqua feed industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software
Set up diet specifications based on growth phases
Competitor’s sample collecting for analysis & evaluation
To evaluate feed trial result and POP evaluation
Product design by animal grow stages
Develop new product, new raw material, new technique application - Gathercompetitor and market information
Manage aqua team activities
Language: Fluent Business English

Thưởng 2 tháng lương trở lên
Tăng lương định kỳ, tăng lương đột xuất
Nghỉ luân phiên 2 thứ 7 trong tháng - (02 ngày thứ 7 còn lại làm đến 12:00)
