As a Senior Software Tester, you are an expert in using the testing techniques, disciplines and have strong knowledge of software testing process. The main work items for the person under this position would be:

• Analyze project requirements and specifications, communicate with clients to clarify requirements if needed • Develop test cases based on defined requirements • Select test cases to execute based on the defined test coverage • Execute test cases and analyze test result • Review, maintain and enhance the existing test cases • Support customers for product deployment. • Bug reporting & validation • Research and learn new technologies

• Knowledgeable about types of testing: regression, system, load test, capacity, security

• Good skills in black-box/ gray-box testing techniques & methodologies

• Ability to develop test objectives based on product requirements

• Knowledge and practical experience in test automation tool is preferable • Ability to make test coverage for a given feature/product

• Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

• Good verbal communication skill is preferable

• Good problems solving skills

• Proactive in work

• Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast paced and agile development environment
