- System configuration: Update the change of system parameters demand business changes
- Cooperate with vendor and other internal IT team for install system and investigate in issue solving
- Manage system status, system performance
- Recover system in disaster cases, update patches
- Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments
- Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
- Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required
- Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application
- Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties
- Provide internal training, consultant, guidelines for other members in the department or team about capabilities of systems.
- In charge of written documents, applications operating procedures.
- Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank.
- Join QA tasks for CRs, project if assigned
- Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Android
- Application Backups and Disaster Recovery
- Extensive experience and expert knowledge in Android framework, Android Studio, Pro C/C/C++, .NET, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Form, Oracle Report
- Extensive experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript, jquery, json, web service
- Knowning the database MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle,SQLite
- Extensive experience in Data Warehouse, Data model, Data mart, design Database,Priority has experience with data for implementing Android Application, Call Center
- An understanding of Risk of bank domain
- An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
