- Provide technical support to analyze business request from a technical perspective, estimate timeline and effort for each activity.
- Design, Develop, Test, Validate and bug-fixing
- Provide level 3 technical support to the MES systems in event of an incident providing technical knowledge and problem resolution.
- Monitor System Services, Ensure that system errors are encounter and solve before affecting production, perform database maintenance activities.
- Research and implement improvements to optimize system performance and when there are changes in processes and requirements from product development.
- Validate and deploy completed development packages from the Development team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1) Education/ Professional knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2) Skill, Experience:
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Information Technology
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in providing Application Support for level 1,2
- Strong knowledge in Angular JS, C# and Entity framework.
- Experience with HTML /CSS
- Proficiency in code review, code refactoring and unit testing
- Proficient in English, written and verbal
- Creative and Proactive
3) Other requirements (if need):
- MES Experience is beneficial
- SCADA/PLC Experience is beneficial
- Development skills are beneficial.
- Availability to work in shift work.
