Finance and Accounting Executive

Proactively manage the company's daily finance & accounting activities

Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly tax-related reports, P&L management

 Reconciliate of all balance sheet accounts including sub-ledger accounts against General Ledger balances, revenues.

 Contribute to business decision making by developing ad-hoc financial analysis or financial simulation to support the business partner

Take lead in budgeting & forecasting process, in close coordination with the business partners

 Plan, develop & supervise all cost functions to insure that all project cost activities such as data collection, field estimating, productivity analysis & budget forecasting comply with company & client requirements

Record financial transactions for project, department, or the company; preparing financial statements for internal & external use

 Analyze financial performance & forecast to recommend methods & strategies for cutting cost

Control the Accounting system and ensure bookkeeping activities are of full compliance and accuracy

Handle other tax-relation issues

Have ability to set accounting system and e-invoice.

Collate the tax accounts with custom account and contract, in order to keep consistency

Prepare Inter-company AR/ AP reconciliation and documentation

Be responsible for dealing with Finance / Audit / Accountant department from Headquarter.

Another tasks related to F&A assigned by General Manager.
