The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating between Customer Service team and Sales team to meet customer satisfaction, including but not limited to:

- Support business by processing Sales orders in order to give sufficient information on production availability and delivery status to both internal and external customers;
- Coordinating with Sales, Production and Logistics and inter-companies to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full;
- Manage documents by processing and filling all related documents pertaining to it to assure good profile well maintained for future reference;
- Follow up all activities in team by conduct and support all staff for provide excellent customer service.

***Working Location:
This position will move officially to Hiep Phuoc IZ in Q2/ 2021.
- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park (Nha Be District, HCMC)
- Company shuttle van is provided.

 

 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduate in relevant fields (Business Administration or Foreign Trade);
- 2 year working experiences in customer service is a priority;
- Customer-oriented, team work spirit;
- Tactful and effective complaint handling behaviors;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills;
- Good command of English and MS Office.
