Your responsibilities:
-
Responsible for closely working with the product owner to clarify, analyze the business requirement;
-
Work closely with the agile team, as well as requesters and partners in order to support products development/presentation/training.
-
Get / Research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for the customer.
-
In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,
-
Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
-
Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

Your Skills and Experience
At least 3-year experience in an IT Business analyst position
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Basic knowledge about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum).
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user-centric mindset or understanding.
Writing skills, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent.
Having experience in a product company is a plus.
