Mô tả công việc
- Tiếp nhận thông tin khách hàng bộ phận Sales Support trao đổi thông tin, xúc tiến khách hàng liên kết và sử dụng sản phẩm công ty
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong suốt quá trình trước - khi - sau khi khách hàng mua và sử dụng sản phẩm
- Hỗ trợ team cùng phát triển và đạt target
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm sales các sản phẩm flatform (tiki, lazada, grab...) hoặc bảo hiểm, tài chính ngân hàng.
- Nắm bắt nhanh công nghệ, yêu thích sản phẩm của Fundoo
- Chủ động tổ chức và quản lý công việc, để đạt kết quả
- Nắm bắt và sử dụng hệ thống CRM
- Giao tiếp tốt, hỗ trợ
- Working time: 8hours/ day, 5 days/ week, flexible as long as job done
