  • Owning and hitting sale target within assigned territory and accounts;
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term;
  • Evaluating market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability;
  • Training sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings;
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goal
  • Other tasks as requirement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales is required;
  • 3-5 year- experience in leading team sales
  •  Be ready for traveling.


Working location: HCM

Working time: 8hours/ day, 5 days/ week, flexible as long as job done

  • Commission: Details will discuss during the interview

  • Total Income: At least 45 million (reaching 70-80% KPIs)
