Brainstorming, planning and management category monthly, quarterly, annual campaign calendar.
Manage and optimize a multimillion dollar marketing budget to meet ROI goals, and analyses the optimum mix of digital to achieve the KPIs though data-driven recommendations.
Working with Business Intelligence team to deep dive consumer insights for campaign planning, track and measure campaign effectiveness
Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives.
Working with external partners and internal stakeholder to ensure the campaigns happen smoothly
Develop talent within the organization, mentoring/developing team

Track record of success in leading teams and driving significant results
Ability to communicate effectively to senior and executive management; exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to internal partners
Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams
Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data
Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills including experience managing high performing teams
Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
3-5 years of solid hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Mobile App user acquisition experience is a plus.
