• Bachelor Degree or higher with major Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Transport, Marketing ...
• At least 03 years of experience working in the courier industry, managing teams and caring VIP customers.
• Have knowledge about shipping companies: DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex, E-commerce Exchange….
• Have experience of managing group at least 5 people.
• Good English with 4 skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Good communication, time management, negotiation and customer service.
• Honesty, responsibility and withstanding high pressure of work.
• Can go Business trip at foreign and domestic according to job requirements.
